I reached out to Zivile about a month prior to my trip in mid-April 2024 to assist with a surprise proposal and was instantly met with guidance and knowledge on how to ensure I would succeed. Fast forward to my trip in Switzerland where I encountered unexpected haze and snow the week of, during which Zivile was flexible to not only adjust the day of the proposal and photoshoot, but amazingly understanding of last minute adjustments needed on the day of so I and my now fiancee would have as optimal conditions as possible for the photoshoot.

My fiancee and I are fairly introverted individuals, even more so when being photographed; however, during the photoshoot, Zivile was kind and professional, regularly offering pointers and an easygoing attitude that eased ourselves, ultimately resulting in stunning photographs and capturing a once in a lifetime memory.

Long story short, would highly recommend Zivile and if I'm fortunate enough to go back to Switzerland again, would definitely work with Zivile again for another photoshoot opportunity.
